July 21, 2011 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #26 Item Title C-27 Memorandum of Understanding between Episcopal Children's Services Head Start/Early Head Start 11-12. Issue/Rationale Continue the established working agreement between The School District of Clay County and Episcopal Children's Services Head Start/Early Head Start to serve eligible preschool children required by federal and state laws.  This includes consultation services to Head Start students with disabilities. Recommended Action Approve contract agreement with Episcopal Children's Services Head Start/Early Head Start. Financial Impact The district will earn FTE for the services provided.  Existing personnel will serve the Head Start sites to provide services.  Head Start will provide round-trip transportation to schools for therapy services, as needed.
